V-20068220 - Amsterdam - Vastgoedbeheer - HBO - In dienst van de klant - Nectar De positie Voor een groeiende vastgoedinvesteringsorganisatie zoeken wij een gedreven Project Manager Ontwikkeling & Renovatie die verantwoordelijk is voor het realiseren van renovatie-, transformatie- en ontwikkelingsprojecten binnen de vastgoedportefeuille. In deze rol ben je betrokken bij elke fase van een project: van voorbereiding en inkoop tot uitvoering, oplevering en nazorg. Je werkt nauw samen met de partners van Nectar, aannemers, leveranciers, adviseurs en andere externe stakeholders. Door de groeiende portefeuille en toenemende complexiteit van projecten ligt de nadruk op strakke projectbeheersing, efficiënte uitvoering en betrouwbare coördinatie. Je maakt deel uit van een ondernemend team dat dagelijks bezig is met het creëren van waarde binnen vastgoed. Je brengt structuur, overzicht en daadkracht in projecten en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden tijdig, binnen budget en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen worden gerealiseerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opvragen, beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes van aannemers en leveranciers. - Het aansturen en coördineren van renovatie- en ontwikkelingsprojecten. - Het bewaken van planning, budgetten, kwaliteit en voortgang gedurende de volledige projectcyclus. - Het controleren van uitgevoerd werk en begeleiden van opleveringen. - Het onderhouden van contacten met aannemers, leveranciers, huurders, adviseurs en overige betrokken partijen. - Het signaleren van risico's en knelpunten en het nemen van passende maatregelen. - Het identificeren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen binnen projectmanagement en uitvoering. - Het onderzoeken van mogelijkheden om met behulp van AI en digitalisering projectprocessen efficiënter en schaalbaarder in te richten.
