Introductie

Voor een internationaal actieve productieorganisatie in de regio Ieper zijn we op zoek naar een Project Manager.

In deze sleutelrol begeleid je nieuwe producten en productieprocessen van concept tot succesvolle implementatie op de productievloer. Je vormt de brug tussen ontwikkeling en operations en zorgt ervoor dat innovaties technisch haalbaar, schaalbaar en efficiënt geproduceerd kunnen worden.

Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's en stemt nauw af met R&D, productie, engineering, kwaliteit, aankoop en supply chain. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak en technisch inzicht zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe productintroducties vlot en gecontroleerd verlopen.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je leidt projecten rond de introductie van nieuwe producten en begeleidt deze van conceptfase tot succesvolle productieopstart.
  • Je stelt projectplanningen op en bewaakt timing, kwaliteit, scope en budget gedurende het volledige traject.
  • Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen R&D, productie, engineering, kwaliteit, aankoop en supply chain.
  • Je organiseert testfases, proefproducties en validaties en vertaalt de resultaten naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je analyseert technische en operationele risico's en neemt proactief maatregelen om vertragingen of kwaliteitsproblemen te voorkomen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe producten en processen efficiënt kunnen worden opgeschaald naar een stabiele seriematige productie.
  • Je stuurt multidisciplinaire projectteams aan en bewaakt een duidelijke taakverdeling en communicatie.
  • Je rapporteert de projectstatus aan het management en geeft tijdig aan waar bijkomende acties nodig zijn.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het verder professionaliseren van projectmanagement, industrialisatie en continuous improvement binnen de organisatie.
  • Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde overdracht naar productie zodat nieuwe producten duurzaam en efficiënt verankerd worden.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische, wetenschappelijke of industriële richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als Project Manager, NPI Engineer, Industrialisatie Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving en begrijpt hoe productontwikkeling wordt vertaald naar productie.
  • Je bent sterk in projectplanning en weet meerdere projecten gelijktijdig gestructureerd op te volgen.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet verschillende afdelingen rond gezamenlijke doelstellingen te verbinden.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt ownership en weet tijdig beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische en innovatieve productieomgeving waar verandering en verbetering centraal staan.
