Introductie

Voor een internationaal actieve productieorganisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Project Manager.

In deze sleutelrol begeleid je projecten rond nieuwe producten, productieprocessen en industrialisatie van concept tot succesvolle implementatie op de productievloer. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen ontwikkeling en operations en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe initiatieven technisch haalbaar, schaalbaar en efficiënt uitvoerbaar zijn.

Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's en stemt nauw af met R&D, productie, engineering, kwaliteit, aankoop en supply chain. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak en technisch inzicht zorg je ervoor dat projecten gecontroleerd verlopen en duurzaam worden verankerd in de productie.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je leidt projecten rond nieuwe producten, productieprocessen en industrialisatie van conceptfase tot succesvolle productieopstart.
  • Je stelt projectplanningen op en bewaakt timing, scope, kwaliteit en budget gedurende het volledige traject.
  • Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen R&D, productie, engineering, kwaliteit, aankoop en supply chain.
  • Je organiseert testfases, proefproducties en validaties en vertaalt de resultaten naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je analyseert technische en operationele risico's en neemt proactief maatregelen om vertragingen en kwaliteitsproblemen te voorkomen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe producten en processen efficiënt kunnen worden opgeschaald naar een stabiele productieomgeving.
  • Je stuurt multidisciplinaire projectteams aan en zorgt voor duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden, prioriteiten en communicatie.
  • Je rapporteert de voortgang van projecten aan het management en signaleert tijdig wanneer bijkomende acties of beslissingen nodig zijn.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van projectmanagement, industrialisatie en continuous improvement.
  • Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde overdracht naar productie en bewaakt dat nieuwe processen duurzaam worden geïmplementeerd.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische, wetenschappelijke of industriële richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als Project Manager, NPI Engineer, Industrialisatie Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen voeding, FMCG of procesindustrie.
  • Je begrijpt hoe productontwikkeling wordt vertaald naar een efficiënte en stabiele productie.
  • Je bent sterk in projectplanning en weet meerdere projecten gelijktijdig gestructureerd op te volgen.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet verschillende afdelingen rond gezamenlijke doelstellingen te verbinden.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt ownership en durft tijdig beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar innovatie, verandering en continue verbetering centraal staan.
