Die Ebner European Monocrystal Operations (EEMCO) bietet eine spannende Gelegenheit, am Aufbau einer in Europa ansässigen Siliziumkarbid-Substratherstellung mitzuwirken. Als Teil des R&D-Teams sind sie unser Pulver-Experte, welches als Ausgangsmaterial für die Kristallzüchtung dient. Sie sind die treibende Kraft bzgl. der Weiterentwicklung des Produktes gemäß neuesten Erkenntnissen und Spezifikationen sowie der entsprechenden Entwicklung der Prozesse von R&D Versuchen bis hin zur Pilot-Linie. 1 Project Manager (w/m/d)

In dieser Position tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die Projektabwicklung von EBNER Industrieofenanlagen.

Der Fokus liegt auf der effizienten und reibungslosen Abwicklung der Projekte unter besonderer Beachtung der Vertragstermine, Qualität und Kosten im Einklang mit der Zufriedenheit des Kunden.

AUFGABEN

* Gesamtprojektverantwortung ab Auftragserteilung mit einer engen abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

* Planung und Steuerung des gesamten Projektablaufes (Termine, Qualität, Kosten) der zugewiesenen Anlagenprojekte

* Arbeiten nach definierten Standards und Prozessen unter Einsatz von geeigneten Projektmanagement Methoden

* Aktive Umsetzung von Change-, Claim- und Risikomanagement

* Führen des Projektteams

* Erster Ansprechpartner für die Kunden während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit sowie Verantwortung über den Projektfortschritt

PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre/HTL/Uni/FH)

* Fundiertes technisches Know-how im industriellen Umfeld

* Vorzugsweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von industriellen Anlagenbauprojekten

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%) und interkulturelle Kompetenz

* Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (insbesondere MS-Office und SAP)

* Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative, hohes Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1)
