Project Officer

Bechtle Management BV is het Shared Service Center voor alle Nederlandse Bechtle entiteiten. Met expertise in HR, Legal, Finance & Control en operations ondersteunen we de organisatie én maken we deel uit van Bechtle AG, één van Europa’s toonaangevende IT-dienstverleners.

Ter versterking van ons team in Maastricht zoeken wij een communicatief vaardige Project Officer die projecten helpt realiseren én tevens zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse kantoororganisatie.

JOUW JOB

  • In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen management, medewerkers en de verschillende afdelingen. Je coördineert en ondersteunt projecten en verbeterinitiatieven op het vlak van Finance, HR, Legal en Operations en zorgt ervoor dat organisatorische en administratieve processen soepel verlopen.
  • Je bereidt projectmeetings voor, volgt actiepunten op, bewaakt planningen en deadlines. Ook verzorg je tijdig managementrapportages, maak je presentaties en zorg je daarmee voor de juiste informatie. Je schroomt niet om knelpunten te benoemen en denkt graag mee over oplossingen en procesverbeteringen.
  • Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat het reilen en zeilen op kantoor professioneel en soepel verloopt. Zo fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en bezoekers. Je ondersteunt bij onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, organiseert meetings, workshops en andere evenementen. Je ondersteunt het management op administratief vlak en tot slot coördineer je de facilitaire en organisatorische zaken op het kantoor.

JOUW PROFIEL

  • Je bent een echte regelaar die energie krijgt van structuur aanbrengen, plannen en organiseren. Dankzij jouw HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in projectondersteuning, office management of een vergelijkbare functie, weet je precies hoe je overzicht houdt, prioriteiten stelt en zaken soepel laat verlopen.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk organisatorisch talent en hebt oog voor detail. Ook wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd lopen, blijf je rustig, werk je gestructureerd en verlies je het grotere geheel niet uit het oog. Je neemt graag initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor wat je doet.
  • Daarnaast schakel je makkelijk met verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie. Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. Natuurlijk ben je ook goed thuis in Microsoft 365. Of het nu gaat om Excel, PowerPoint, Teams of Outlook, jij weet deze tools effectief in te zetten om je werk optimaal te ondersteunen.
