Von Consulting über Cybersecurity, Data Science, Delivery, Software und Prod... 1 Project Officer Als Project Officer unterstützt du Projektleiter und Projektteams bei der Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten. Du sorgst für Transparenz über Projektfortschritte, unterstützt bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben und trägst zur Einhaltung von Projektmanagement-Standards und -Prozessen bei.

Deine Rolle bei x-tention * Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des unternehmensweiten Projektmanagement-Frameworks * Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Richtlinien, Methoden, Vorlagen und Standards * Beratung und Unterstützung von Projektleiter bei der Anwendung von PM-Methoden und Best Practices * Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Coachings für Projektleiter und Mitarbeitende * Weiterentwicklung von PM-Instrumenten sowie Definition und Verantwortung projektbezogener Kennzahlen (KPIs) * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von PM-Standards und Vorgaben in Projekten * Ansprechpartner für projektmanagementrelevante Themen innerhalb der Organisation * Verantwortung für die PM-Dokumentation sowie Begleitung interner und externer Audits * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Projektmanagement-Software

Diese Skills solltest du mitbringen * Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Projektmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, PMO oder Projektportfoliomanagement * Gute Kenntnisse etablierter Projektmanagement-Methoden, Frameworks und Governance-Standards * Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von PM-Richtlinien, Prozessen, Kennzahlen und Reporting-Strukturen * Kenntnisse im Qualitäts- und Auditmanagement sowie in der Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Coachings * Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools und Softwarelösungen (z. B. BCS, Jira) * Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz mit hoher Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern * Strategische, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit * Aktive Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner oder IPMA Level C/B/A), weitere agile oder QM-Zertifizierungen von Vorteil * Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
