Voor een dynamische vastgoedontwikkelaar regio Brugge zoeken we een Project Performance Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor het bewaken van de prestaties van bouwprojecten. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat projecten correct worden georganiseerd, opgevolgd en gerapporteerd volgens een gestructureerde projectmanagementmethodiek.

Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, studiebureaus, aannemers en interne teams en zorgt ervoor dat planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico’s voortdurend onder controle blijven.

De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw taken als Project Performance Manager binnen een ontwikkelaar?

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van bouwteams volgens een gestructureerd projectmanagementproces.
  • Opstellen van hoofdplanningen en opvolgen van korte-termijnplanningen.
  • Monitoren van wijzigingen in scope, timing en kost.
  • Opvolgen van contracten, claims en verzekeringsdossiers.
  • Organiseren van veiligheidsopvolging en audits op de werf.
  • Rapporteren via duidelijke dashboards en KPI’s.
  • Intensief samenwerken met interne teams en externe stakeholders.

Je werkt in een team met vlakke structuur, korte communicatielijnen en directe toegang tot het management, waardoor beslissingen snel genomen kunnen worden. Wat breng jij mee als Project Performance Manager?

  • Master in ingenieur bouwkunde of gelijkaardig.
  • 7 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring in aanneming of projectontwikkeling.
  • Ervaring met planningstools en Excel.
  • Kennis van bouwcontracten, claims en verzekeringen.
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en in staat om complexe situaties te deblokkeren.
