Ben jij op zoek naar een dynamische rol waarin je verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor het realiseren van verbeteringsprojecten voor het machinepark en de infrastructuur om zo het verwerken en verzenden van hun hoogwaardige projecten te optimaliseren. Dan is de functie van Project & Process Engineer iets voor jou!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Configureren, aankopen en installeren van grote installaties voor procesoptimalisatie.
  • Coördineren en implementeren van procesverbeterings- of investeringsprojecten van machines en infrastructuur, inclusief de supervisie van werkzaamheden.
  • Zorg dragen voor de naleving van timing, budget en veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Stakeholdermanagement, inclusief proactief overleg met de juiste partijen.
  • Samenwerken met de OPEX Manager, Technische Dienst en diverse externe partijen om de infrastructuur te onderhouden en aanpassingswerken te begeleiden.
  • Waarborgen van de opleiding van medewerkers en oplevering van projectdocumentatie.
  • Continue focus op veiligheid en welzijn bij de implementatie van nieuwe werkmethoden of installaties, in nauwe samenwerking met de preventieadviseur.
  • Beheren van technische dossiers en as-built plannen van installaties en gebouwen.
  • Lid zijn van het HACCP-team en bijdragen aan een inclusieve, oplossingsgerichte projectcultuur.

Je hebt een technische master of bachelor met relevante professionele ervaring, bij voorkeur in de levensmiddelentechnologie.Kennis van bouwkundige principes, nutsvoorzieningen, productieprocessen en Lean-technieken en -tools zoals SMED en OEE.Sterke vaardigheden in projectmanagement en onderhandelingen.Strategisch denken en communiceren.Hands-on en met grote affiniteit tot de productievloerGoede IT-vaardigheden, inclusief Autocad, MS Office en ERP-systemen.Vloeiend in het Nederlands en goede beheersing van het Frans en Engels.
