Ben jij een technisch en hands-on profiel dat energie haalt uit het opbouwen van iets nieuws? Vind je het interessant om een productielijn van A tot Z mee op te starten, van de opvolging van machines bij leveranciers tot de eerste producten die van de lijn rollen?

Dan is deze uitdagende functie als Project & Production Specialist misschien iets voor jou!

Je wordt de drijvende kracht achter de opbouw van een nieuwe seriële productielijn voor kleine polyurethaan rollen. Je volgt het volledige project op en groeit daarna door naar een structurele rol binnen de productie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opvolgen van machineleveranciers, inclusief planning, technische conformiteit en FAT-testen
  • Coördineren van de installatie en inbedrijfstelling op de site in Ronse
  • Begeleiden en opvolgen van externe aannemers en techniekers
  • Opstellen van risicoanalyses voor machines en productieprocessen
  • Uitwerken van werkprocedures en SOP's voor operatoren en onderhoud
  • Meewerken aan de aanwerving en onboarding van operatoren
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van operatoren, van machinebediening tot kwaliteitscontrole
  • Opzetten en opvolgen van kwaliteitscontroles en procedures voor de seriële productie
  • Nauw samenwerken met de proces- en productspecialist die instaat voor de ontwikkeling van het PU-product
  • Na de oplevering instaan voor de structurele opvolging van productie, kwaliteit en teamwerking

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, industriële automatisatie, mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt interesse in risicoanalyses en het opstellen van technische procedures en SOP's
  • Je hebt feeling voor kwaliteitscontrole en procesoptimalisatie binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit en bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Je kan zelfstandig problemen aanpakken en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent sterk in het begeleiden, opleiden en aansturen van medewerkers
  • Je kan leveranciers en externe partners zelfstandig opvolgen
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Zowel junior als ervaren technische profielen komen in aanmerking. Vooral je technische interesse, mentaliteit en drive zijn belangrijk
  • Bachelor technische richting (elektromechanica, industriële automatisatie, mechanica) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Interesse in risicoanalyses en opstellen van technische procedures
  • Feeling voor kwaliteitscontrole en procesoptimalisatie in productieomgeving
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer - geen kantoormuisje dus!
  • Zelfstandig problemen aanpakken en initiatief nemen
  • Sterk in begeleiden, opleiden en aansturen van medewerkers
  • Leveranciers en externe partners zelfstandig kunnen opvolgen
  • Vlot communiceren in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Rijbewijs B vereist
