Een nieuwe productielijn van nul mee opbouwen én ze daarna zelf verder optimaliseren? Als Project & Production Specialist regio Oudenaarde volg je de machines op bij leveranciers, coördineer je de installatie en zorg je ervoor dat mensen, processen en kwaliteit klaarstaan voor de opstart. Wat ga je doen als Project & Production Specialist regio Oudenaarde?

  • De opbouw van een volledig nieuwe productielijn coördineren: van machineleveranciers en FAT-testen tot installatie en inbedrijfstelling op de site.
  • Externe aannemers en technici opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat planning, technische conformiteit en veiligheid correct worden bewaakt.
  • Risicoanalyses, werkprocedures en SOP's uitwerken om de nieuwe productieomgeving veilig en efficiënt te organiseren.
  • Operatoren mee selecteren, opleiden en begeleiden rond machinebediening, werkmethodes en kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Na de opstart neem je een structurele rol op waarbij je productie, kwaliteit en teamwerking verder opvolgt en optimaliseert.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een internationale industriële speler regio Oudenaarde die technische producten ontwikkelt en produceert voor uiteenlopende professionele toepassingen. Vanuit de Belgische vestiging wordt volop geïnvesteerd in verdere groei en uitbreiding van de productiecapaciteit.

Net daardoor kom je op een bijzonder interessant moment aan boord: je krijgt de kans om een nieuwe seriële productielijn vanaf de basis mee vorm te geven. Je werkt binnen een kleine, hechte projectploeg met korte communicatielijnen, terwijl je tegelijk kunt rekenen op de mogelijkheden en stabiliteit van een internationale groep. Wat breng je mee voor deze uitdaging?

  • Bachelor in elektromechanica, automatisatie, mechanica of een andere technische richting; gelijkwaardig door ervaring kan eveneens.
  • Een echte hands-on mentaliteit: je staat graag tussen de machines en neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid over technische uitdagingen.
  • Interesse in productieprocessen, kwaliteit en veiligheid, met kennis van of interesse in risicoanalyses en technische procedures.
  • Communicatief en organisatorisch sterk om leveranciers, aannemers en operatoren op een duidelijke manier te begeleiden.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels; zowel ambitieuze juniors als ervaren technische profielen komen in aanmerking.
