Ben jij een technisch hands-on profiel dat energie haalt uit het opbouwen van iets nieuws? Vind je het leuk om een productielijn van nul op te trekken, van machineopvolging bij de leverancier tot de eerste rolletjes die de lijn verlaten? Dan is dit jouw kans.

Als Project & Production Specialist ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de opbouw van onze nieuwe seriële productielijn voor kleine polyurethaan rolletjes. Je trekt het project tot een goed einde en groeit daarna door naar een structurele rol in de productie.

  • Opvolging van machineleveranciers: planning, technische conformiteit en FAT-testen
  • Coördinatie van installatie en inbedrijfstelling op onze site in Ronse
  • Begeleiding van externe aannemers en technici op de werkvloer
  • Opstellen van risicoanalyses (machine- en procesrisico’s) voor de nieuwe lijn
  • Uitschrijven van werkprocedures en SOP’s voor operatoren en onderhoud
  • Meewerken aan de aanwerving en het inwerken van operatoren voor de nieuwe lijn
  • Opleiden van operatoren: van machinebediening tot kwaliteitscontrole
  • Opzetten en opvolgen van kwaliteitscontroles en -procedures voor de seriële productie
  • Nauwe samenwerking met onze proces- en productspecialist die het PU-product ontwikkelt
  • Na oplevering: structurele opvolging van productie, kwaliteit en teamwerking

Profiel

Jouw profiel als project & production specialist:

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting (elektromechanica, industriële automatisatie, mechanica …) of een gelijkwaardig werk- en denkniveau door ervaring
  • Je bent vertrouwd met, of leergierig rond, risicoanalyses en het opstellen van technische procedures en SOP’s
  • Je hebt feeling voor kwaliteitscontrole en procesborging in een productieomgeving
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je staat graag op de werkvloer en pakt zaken zelfstandig aan
  • Je kan mensen opleiden, begeleiden en aansturen met duidelijke communicatie
  • Je volgt leveranciers en aannemers op zonder aan de hand gehouden te worden
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Zowel junior als ervaren profielen zijn welkom, we kijken naar de persoon en de mentaliteit
