Project / programmamanager F Amsterdam Over de functie ml T235732 Je gaat aan de slag als projectleider voor de doorontwikkeling van het grootste gemeentelijke publieke laadnetwerk van Nederland. In deze rol draag je direct bij aan de transitie naar elektrisch rijden en varen in Amsterdam. Je werkt aan toekomstbestendige laadinfrastructuur die betaalbaar, betrouwbaar, toegankelijk en veilig is voor inwoners, bezoekers en ondernemers. Daarbij beweeg je je in een dynamisch speelveld met interne collega's, concessiehouders, grote gemeenten, het Rijk en kennispartners. Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar praktische oplossingen en zorgt voor draagvlak, besluitvorming en uitvoering. Wat ga je doen - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de doorontwikkeling en het goed functioneren van het publieke laadinfrastructuurnetwerk in Amsterdam. - Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende directies en disciplines, zoals contractmanagement, technisch advies, assetmanagement en het operationeel plaatsingsteam. - Je bouwt aan een sterke samenwerking binnen de gemeente en met externe partijen zoals Charge Point Operators, andere grote gemeenten, het Rijk, ElaadNL en MRA-Elektrisch. - Je pakt nieuwe ontwikkelingen op, zoals de implementatie van Europese regelgeving (AFIR) en het verbeteren van prijstransparantie aan de laadpaal. - Je denkt na over maatregelen om de publieke laadinfrastructuur effectiever te benutten, zoals slim laden en het invoeren van een kleef- of starttarief. - Je bespreekt in overleg met concessiehouders de impact van netcongestie en formuleert samen een aanpak om tot oplossingen te komen. - Je organiseert intern en extern draagvlak, zet bestuurlijke besluitvorming op touw en maakt een plan van aanpak voor de uitvoering. - Je monitort de laadopgave en doet voorstellen aan het projectteam en uiteindelijk aan de wethouder om bij te sturen. - Je stemt actuele thema's af met collega's van de G4-gemeenten en werkt aan een zo unifo...
