Voor een toonaangevende spelers in de brede bouwsector in West-Vlaanderen zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren aankoper. Deze organisatie combineert eigen opleidingsinitiatieven met een modern uitgerust diensten- en machinepark om uiteenlopende projecten in de nieuwbouw en renovatie tot een goed einde te brengen. Wat deze onderneming vooral typeert, is haar aandacht voor efficiënte processen, stabiliteit en milieubewuste productie. Ze investeert voortdurend in optimalisatie, energiebeheer en controlesystemen om consistente resultaten te garanderen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je dieptlastenboeken, bouwplannen en meetstaten uit om prijsonderhandelingen met onderaannemers en leveranciers grondig voor te bereiden.
  • Je bewaakt de inkoopafspraken, kwaliteit en levertermijnen van materialen voor middelgrote tot grote bouwwerven.
  • Je stelt prijsvergelijkende tabellen op en brengt advies uit aan de Aankoop Directeur en de projectleiders.
  • Je bouwt een betrouwbaar netwerk van leveranciers en onderaannemers op en onderhoudt langetermijnrelaties

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt minimaal een Bachelor- of Masterdenkniveau en kan terugblikken op een succesvol parcours binnen de uitvoering of aankoop in de bouw.
  • Je hebt een sterk commercieel gevoel, gecombineerd met passie voor de bouwstiel en affiniteit met contractvoorwaarden.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, leergierig en in staat om zelfstandig prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en bewaart een goed overzicht bij de verwerking van digitale dossiers.
