In this role, you will be responsible for all project quality activities related to the development and industrialization of new products and processes. Working closely with Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, suppliers and customers, you will help ensure successful project execution from concept to serial production. We are looking for a hands-on quality professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with practical problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Your Responsibilities - Lead all project-related quality activitiesCreate and maintain Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans and MSA studies - Support APQP activities and manage PPAP submissions - Perform process capability studies (Cp/Cpk) - Coordinate quality actions with customers, suppliers and internal teams - Facilitate project reviews and risk assessments - Support process validation and production release activities - Lead structured problem-solving activities including 8D and 5 Why methodologies - Support customer, certification and process audits - Report project quality status to key stakeholders Your Profile - Bachelor's degree (HBO) or higher in higher Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, Quality management or a comparable technical discipline - Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Project Quality Engineering - Proven experience managing quality deliverables within new product introduction (NPI) projects - Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and IATF 16949 - Experience within automotive, high-tech or metal manufacturing environments -...
