Wat ga je doen?

Als Project Sales Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitbreiden van klantrelaties binnen de bouw- en industriële sector. Jouw klanten zijn enerzijds aannemers en industriebouwers (voornamelijk voor nieuwbouw) en anderzijds industriële eindklanten/opdrachtgevers (voornamelijk voor dakrenovaties).

  • Kwalitatieve en langdurige relaties opbouwen en klanten technisch onderbouwd adviseren.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, in overleg met interne collega’s zoals calculatie, werfleiding en aankoop.
  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor projecten van verkoop tot oplevering, in samenwerking met werfleiders.
  • Regelmatige klantbezoeken combineren met kantoorwerk; zorg dragen voor diepgaande, oplossingsgerichte verkoopgesprekken.
  • Correcte registratie van klant- en projectgegevens in het CRM-systeem.
  • Rapporteren aan de Head of Sales en actief meewerken aan het behalen van commerciële doelen, met ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor het commerciële succes van jouw projecten.
  • Duurzame relaties opbouwen met aannemers, industriebouwers en industriële eindklanten.
  • Fungeren als vertrouwenspersoon en adviseur voor klanten, vertalen van hun noden naar haalbare, duurzame oplossingen.
  • Kwaliteit en uniformiteit van offertes bewaken en commerciële afspraken correct uitvoeren.
  • Transparante communicatie en samenwerking tussen interne teams waarborgen voor een vlot projectverloop.
  • Klanttevredenheid monitoren en proactief inspelen om verwachtingen te overtreffen.
  • Input leveren aan het management voor het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen en groeistrategieën.
  • Hoger diploma met commerciële of technische oriëntatie, aangevuld met relevante B2B-ervaring in een industriële omgeving (bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector).
  • Technisch onderlegd, met kennis van materialen en technieken in de daksector, of bereid dit snel te leren.
  • Commercieel en overtuigend, met sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en de drive om deals te sluiten.
  • Projectmatig en oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en hands-on, met een can-do mentaliteit.
  • Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en luistervaardigheden voor het opbouwen van duurzame relaties.
  • Service- en kwaliteitsgericht, positief, dynamisch en enthousiast.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook een teamspeler.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en goed met cijfers.
