Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, kijken ze uit naar een nauwkeurige en proactieve administratieve kracht die hun commerciële activiteiten mee in goede banen leidt.

Jobomschrijving

  • Beheren en verwerken van klantorders binnen omvangrijke internationale projecten
  • Verzekeren van een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers van offerte tot levering en facturatie
  • Opvolgen van contractuele documenten, exportgerelateerde administratie en projectdocumentatie
  • Coördineren van administratieve processen tussen sales, operations, finance en andere interne stakeholders
  • Opmaken, controleren en versturen van offertes en commerciële documenten
  • Verwerken van gegevens en documentatie binnen het ERP-systeem
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van facturatie en betalingen
  • Fungeren als administratief aanspreekpunt voor klanten gedurende het project
  • Regelmatig contact onderhouden met internationale key accounts voor statusupdates en administratieve vragen
  • Mee waken over deadlines, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van alle projectgebonden administratie
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen administratie, sales support, order management of projectondersteuning
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en voelt je comfortabel in een administratief georiënteerde functie
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en MS Office
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk
  • Je communiceert professioneel met zowel interne als externe contacten
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van Frans, Duits en/of Spaans is een pluspunt
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Je haalt energie uit het ondersteunen en structureren van complexe processen
