Voor een internationaal actief familiebedrijf in de natuursteenindustrie zoeken we een gedreven Project Sales Assistant. Je komt terecht in een groep met meerdere vestigingen in België, waaronder logistieke en productiegerichte sites in de regio Kortrijk.

De onderneming is gespecialiseerd in de productie, verwerking en distributie van natuursteenproducten voor toepassingen in o.a. landscaping, badkamers en zwembaden. Klanten bevinden zich in de Benelux, Frankrijk, Nederland en Duitsland.

Samenwerken doe je met collega’s van sales, logistiek en projectopvolging. En een belangrijke tip: na je sollicitatie word je altijd telefonisch gecontacteerd, omdat hun e-mails soms in spam belanden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor inkomende prijsaanvragen en zorgt voor een correcte analyse en verwerking
  • Je vraagt ontbrekende technische info op bij klanten of partners
  • Geen offerte nodig? Dan motiveer je dit duidelijk richting de klant
  • Je stelt offertes op aan de hand van projectdetails, product- en hoeveelheidslijsten
  • Transportkosten berekenen? Jij doet dat zorgvuldig en snel
  • Offertes verzend je en volg je actief op tot afsluiting
  • Je zorgt voor een actueel overzicht van alle offertes en statussen in het CRM-systeem
  • Herinneringen uitsturen en klantfeedback ophalen behoort ook tot je taken
  • Je speurt proactief naar nieuwe projecten in Noord-Frankrijk
  • Je benadert aannemers en promoot passende materialen voor hun projecten
  • Op beurzen vertegenwoordig je het bedrijf met trots en kennis van zaken
  • Je bezoekt architecten en studiebureaus om producten voor te stellen
  • Je ondersteunt bij onderhandelingen en zorgt dat klanten de juiste stalen ontvangen
  • Bij technische vragen of klachten op de werf ben jij de vertrouwenspersoon ter plaatse
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een commerciële of technische richting
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst of projectomgeving
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans is noodzakelijk voor klantencontacten
