Voor een grote bedrijvengroep met meer dan 1000 werknemers zoeken we een Project Support Medewerker voor de site in de regio Gent. De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in technische dienstverlening en ondersteunt klanten met geïntegreerde oplossingen voor gebouwen, industrie en infrastructuur. Dankzij een sterke focus op kwaliteit, samenwerking en een duurzame langetermijnvisie heeft de groep een stevige positie uitgebouwd binnen haar sector.

Als Planning Support Medewerker versterk je een gespecialiseerde businessunit en vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen projectteams, klanten en externe partners. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte projectplanning, een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging en een correcte facturatie. Met jouw gestructureerde aanpak draag je dagelijks bij aan een vlotte uitvoering van projecten en een professionele dienstverlening.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Project Support Medewerker volg je de planning van verschillende projecten nauwgezet op in samenwerking met de Project Managers
  • Je beheert projectdossiers van offerte tot opdracht en je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging
  • Daarnaast stem je af tussen teams, klanten en installateurs zodat projecten volgens planning verlopen
  • Je organiseert overlegmomenten zorgvuldig terwijl je actiepunten, deadlines en wijzigingen proactief opvolgt
  • Tot slot verwerk je nauwkeurig facturatie, vorderingsstaten, gepresteerde uren, onderhoudscontracten en projectgebonden administratie
  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een ondersteunende functie waarin planning, administratie en facturatie samenkomen zijn een must
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus
