In deze functie beoordeel je de onboarding-documentatie voor onze klanten, beheer je KYC-herstelmaatregelen en werk je samen met compliance-teams om verdachte activiteiten aan te pakken. Ideale kandidaten beschikken over een relevant diploma, hebben 1-2 jaar ervaring op het gebied van KYC/AML en spreken vloeiend Frans, Nederlands en Engels. Beschrijving - Je controleert en beoordeelt de onboarding-documentatie voor klanten met een gemiddeld en hoog risico, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat juridische documenten, UBO-structuren en bedrijfsactiviteiten grondig worden onderzocht; - Je stelt validatiedossiers op voor beoordelingen door interne commissies en ziet daarbij toe op de naleving van de AML- en KYC-regelgeving; - Je onderzoekt waarschuwingen van transactiemonitoringsystemen, verzamelt het benodigde bewijsmateriaal en escaleert verdachte gevallen naar het Compliance-team; - Je voert KYC-herstelmaatregelen en hercertificeringstaken voor klanten uit, waarbij je risiconiveaus opnieuw beoordeelt en de documentatie opvolgt; - Je draagt bij aan rapportage-initiatieven en helpt bij het verbeteren van processen door gestandaardiseerde sjablonen en controles te implementeren. Je profiel - Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of heeft gelijkwaardige ervaring; - Spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands en heeft een uitstekende beheersing van het Engels; - Heeft ongeveer 1-2 jaar ervaring op het gebied van KYC/AML, bij voorkeur bij financiële instellingen, finte...
