Ben jij op zoek naar een gevarieerde en uitdagende administratieve rol waarin jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid tot hun recht komen? Voel je je goed in een familiaal bedrijf waar een leuke werksfeer hangt en er korte communicatielijnen zijn? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou!

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aanmaken van nieuwe dossiers op basis van binnenkomende aanvragen
  • Opstellen en verwerken van werkbonnen, waardoor de monteurs goed voorbereid aan de slag kunnen
  • Werfadministratie: werfmeldingen, checkin@work en V&G-plan
  • Aanvragen van vergunningen bij de gemeente en het reserveren van een hoogtewerker indien nodig
  • Onderhoud van wagenpark
  • Keuringen van machines en hijsmaterialen
  • Controle van leverbonnen en zo nodig actie ondernemen
  • Bestellingen plaatsen bij leveranciers
  • Voorbereiding onderaannemerscontracten
  • Contracten nazien ter ondertekening door de zaakvoerder
  • Controle op onderaannemers/leveranciers: RSZ, BTW, sociale lasten, Limosa, A1 documenten en detacheringen
  • Uurregistratie van ateliermedewerkers, monteurs, onderaannemers en transporten
  • Controle facturen van onderaannemers, leveranciers en transporteurs

Met wie werk je samen:

  • Zaakvoerder: je rapporteert aan hem
  • Projectleiders: je ondersteunt het team waar nodig
  • Planning officer: je stemt af over de uitvoeringsplanning van werven
  • Klanten: je bouwt goede relaties op en hebt een klantgerichte attitude
  • Onderaannemers en leveranciers: je bent strikt in het opvolgen van de benodigde documenten
  • Opleiding: niveau bachelor of minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring: bagage als project support/ administratief bediende in de bouw is een troef, maar we bieden we graag training en ondersteuning aan enthousiaste kandidaten met een andere achtergrond
  • Talenkennis: je kan je vlot uitdrukken in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans
  • Communicatievaardigheden: je kan helder communiceren met de verschillende interne en externe betrokkenen
  • Vlotte pc-vaardigheden: je bent bekend met de meest courante Microsoft applicaties, je kan vlot overweg met een CRM/ERP Pakket
  • Persoonlijkheid: nauwkeurigheid en discipline zit in jouw DNA en je bent vertrouwd met het volgen van administratieve processen
