Krijg jij energie van bouwdossiers doorgronden, offertes scherp vergelijken en onderhandelen tot techniek én prijs helemaal goed zitten?

Wil jij vanuit aankoop mee aan de basis staan van grote bouwprojecten en nauw samenwerken met project- en werfleiders die rekenen op jouw technische en commerciële inzicht?

Voor een financieel gezonde en gevestigde bouwonderneming in West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een Projectaankoper Bouw. Je bent geen aankoper die enkel bestellingen plaatst. Je analyseert het bouwdossier, bevraagt de markt, vergelijkt technische oplossingen, onderhandelt en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste leveranciers en onderaannemers worden geselecteerd.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Neem ownership over de aankoop binnen jouw bouwprojecten: na overdracht vanuit calculatie werk je nauw samen met projectleider en werfleider en volg je het aankooptraject verder op.
  • Duik technisch in het dossier: je analyseert lastenboeken, meetstaten, plannen en technische specificaties en brengt aankoopbehoeften en mogelijke aandachtspunten helder in kaart.
  • Ga actief de markt op: je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en zoekt gericht naar geschikte technische en commerciële oplossingen.
  • Vergelijk verder dan de prijs alleen: je analyseert offertes inhoudelijk en commercieel en houdt daarbij rekening met kwaliteit, uitvoerbaarheid, voorwaarden en planning.
  • Onderhandel scherp en professioneel: je bespreekt prijzen en voorwaarden met leveranciers en onderaannemers en werkt toe naar sterke afspraken voor het project.
  • Maak samen de juiste aankoopkeuze: je stemt jouw analyses af met de Project Manager, werfleiding en Operations en plaatst vervolgens de bestellingen.
  • Bewaar het overzicht over meerdere projecten: je volgt doorgaans verschillende bouwprojecten in verschillende fases op en bewaakt deadlines en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Werk efficiënt en proactief: je wacht niet tot informatie of problemen naar jou toekomen, maar neemt zelf initiatief, volgt openstaande zaken actief op en zorgt ervoor dat het aankoopproces vlot blijft lopen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen bouw, technische aankoop, projectaankoop of een technisch-projectmatige omgeving.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een masterdiploma. Een bachelor gecombineerd met stevige relevante ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je kunt plannen, lastenboeken, meetstaten en technische dossiers analyseren en vertaalt die informatie naar concrete aankoopacties.
  • Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar met commerciële feeling en durft leveranciers en onderaannemers kritisch uit te dagen.
  • Je bent proactief, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht en kunt verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd beheren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders, collega-aankopers en Operations.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je waar nodig behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
