Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse projectadministratie en ondersteunt bij het bewaken van de financiële voortgang van onze projecten. Je verwerkt financiële gegevens, houdt budgetten en kosten in de gaten en zorgt dat rapportages en projectinformatie op orde zijn. Zo weet iedereen waar we staan en kunnen we samen de juiste keuzes maken. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Projectmanagers, Projectcontroller en Finance Manager. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid, inzicht en proactieve houding zorg je niet alleen dat de administratie klopt, maar denk je ook mee over hoe het beter en efficiënter kan. Wat ga je doen? Een projectadministratie die klopt, begint bij jou. Als Projectadministrateur zorg je ervoor dat onze projecten financieel en administratief op koers blijven. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat projectinformatie betrouwbaar en volledig is. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onze Projectmanagers, Projectcontroller en Finance Manager. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verzorgen en controleren van de dagelijkse projectadministratie en zorgen voor een juiste en volledige vastlegging van projectgegevens; - Verwerken en controleren van financiële gegevens, waaronder verkoopfacturen, termijnstaten en urenregistraties; - Bewaken van de financiële voortgang van projecten en signaleren van afwijkingen in budgetten, kosten en opbrengsten; - Voorbereiden van financiële rapportages, overzichten...
