Met jouw scherpe blik zorg je voor betrouwbare cijfers en een goede projectadministratie. Wat ga je doen? Van de projectbegroting tot de financiële verantwoording: jij houdt overzicht. Als projectadministrateur beheer je een deel van de externe projecten van de wetenschappelijke afdelingen. Projectleiders kunnen bij jou terecht met financiële vragen. Jij maakt cijfers begrijpelijk en helpt hen verder. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je maakt projectbegrotingen en richt de projectadministratie in. - Je beheert de financiële administratie van externe projecten en verantwoordt de cijfers. - Je verzorgt de facturatie en stelt financiële rapportages op. - Je beantwoordt financiële vragen van projectleiders en geeft heldere uitleg in het Nederlands en Engels. - Je voert periodieke controles uit op de kwaliteit van de projectadministratie. - Je neemt het voortouw om dit terugkerende controleproces te verbeteren. Je start op 1 november en werkt voor de duur van een jaar. Je werkt 24 uur per week. Wie ben jij? Jij hebt gevoel voor cijfers en werkt nauwkeurig. Je vindt het leuk om financiële informatie uit te leggen en samen met collega's tot een goed resultaat te komen. Je bent leergierig en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen. Verder heb je: - Minimaal mbo-niveau met relevante ervaring. - Een opleiding in bedrijfseconomie of administratie. - Ervaring met Excel en boekhouden. - Scherpte en gevoel voor cijfers - Een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels....
