Projectadministrateur met focus op baten Projectadministrateur met focus op baten 24 uur per week | Zeist/ hybride per direct - 1 jaar met zicht op vast contract Wat ga je doen? Team Financiën van GGD regio Utrecht (GGDrU) speelt een onmisbare rol in de ondersteuning van afdelingen zoals Infectieziektebestrijding, Jeugdgezondheidszorg, Epidemiologie en Gezondheidsbevordering. Dagelijks zetten ze hun expertise in om financiële en administratieve processen soepel te laten verlopen. Van het verzamelen en analyseren van gegevens tot de financiële verwerking ervan. Het team zorgt voor een betrouwbare basis waarop de organisatie kan bouwen. Als projectadministrateur maak je deel uit van dit topteam en ga je aan de slag met: - Het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor projectleiders en het bespreken van de voortgang van projecten; - Het signaleren, rapporteren en oplossen van onregelmatigheden binnen de projectadministratie; - Het tijdig verwerken van financiële boekingen tijdens rapportageperiodes en de jaarafsluiting; - Het controleren en verwerken van urenregistraties; - Het voorbereiden en aanleveren van overzichten ten behoeve van de accountantscontrole; - Het verzorgen van de financiële administratieve afhandeling van ontvangen en uitgaande (projectgebonden) facturen; - Het berekenen van kostenopgaven voor nieuwe projecten; - Het enthousiasmeren en motiveren van collega's om samen te werken aan een volledige en correcte financiële administratie; - Het ondersteunen bij de interne en externe verantwoording van projecten. Door de dynamische omgeving van GGDrU is geen dag hetzelfde. Als projectadministrateur krijg je de kans om actief bij te dragen aan diverse trajecten die gericht zijn op het moderniseren en verbeteren van de bedrijfsvoering. Hierdoor heb je niet alleen een belangrijke rol binnen de financiële processen, maar draag je ook direct bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
