The posting

Werk mee aan een groot infrastructuurproject en zorg voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging binnen een toonaangevend bedrijf.

Als projectadministrator ondersteun je de projectteams bij het organiseren en beheren van alle administratieve taken rondom complexe infrastructuurwerken. Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde opvolging en helpt projecten efficiënt en correct te laten verlopen.

- Beheren en opvolgen van aankoopadministratie binnen grote infrastructuurprojecten - Verwerken en controleren van bestelbons, leveringen en facturen - Administratieve opvolging van vorderingsstaten verzorgen - Ondersteunen van projectleiders bij diverse administratieve taken - Verzamelen, structureren en beheren van projectdocumentatie - Fungeren als schakel tussen projectteams, leveranciers, aankoop en finance - Ondersteunen van rapportering en financiële opvolging van projecten - Actief meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes en procesverbeteringen - Helpen bij het uitwerken, standaardiseren en optimaliseren van administratieve procedures

Je werkt binnen een ervaren team bij een gevestigde speler in de infrastructuur- en nutssector, waar innovatie en duurzaamheid centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om bij te dragen aan projecten die de toekomst van Vlaanderen vormgeven.

Ervaring binnen de bouw-, infrastructuur-, technische of industriële sector is een sterke troef.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht.

Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee met collega's en projecten.

Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe contacten.

Je werkt vlot met MS Office en digitale systemen.

Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gaat oplossingsgericht te werk.

Je draagt graag bij aan een efficiënte samenwerking en kwaliteitsvolle administratie.

- Attesten: Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma bestuurskunde of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.

- Vakkennis: Ervaring met projectadministratie, aankoopprocessen, facturatie, ERP-systemen en administratieve opvolging binnen technische projecten.

- Talenkennis: Je spreekt, schrijft en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands.
