Projectadviseur aanvullende schade - Overheid (Rijk / Ministeries) - Interim - WO / MBA, Prince2 Projectadviseur aanvullende schade Functieomschrijving Opdrachtgever Het directoraat-Generaal Herstel Toeslagen (DGH) coördineert in de volle breedte het traject van en voor gedupeerden van de toeslagenaffaire: het ontwikkelt en voert de regie op het herstelbeleid én op de uitvoeringsketen en gemeenten. Het programma kent meerdere taakgebieden, waaronder het taakgebied Aanvullende schade. Er zijn door DGH 2 zogenaamde schaderoutes ontwikkeld; 2 manieren waarop gedupeerde ouders hun aanvullende schade kunnen claimen. Allereerst is er de schaderoute die wordt georganiseerd door de Stichting (Gelijk)waardig Herstel. In deze route staat het luisteren naar en opstellen van het verhaal van gedupeerde ouders centraal en wordt primair op basis daarvan de aanvullende schadevergoeding beoordeeld. Daarnaast is sinds eind vorig jaar de MijnHerstel-route beschikbaar gekomen, waarbij ouders snel, persoonlijk en transparant geholpen kunnen worden met aanvullende schadevergoeding. Mede op basis van het spoedadvies van de commissie Van Dam wordt gewerkt aan het financieel afronden van aanvullende schadevergoeding naar gedupeerde ouders eind 2027. Het huidige team werkt momenteel aan de volgende 6 werkstromen: - Werkstroom 1: Sturing op in-, door- en uitstroom; - Werkstroom 2: Verbeteren gebruikerservaring; - Werkstroom 3: Realiseren individuele berekening en afronden schadeproces; - Werkstroom 4: Faciliteren toegang 'overige groepen'; - Werkstroom 5: Realise...
