Voor de Rijkswaterstaat Rotterdam is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Projectadviseur Integrale Veiligheid -B-Wegen WNZ voor 16 tot 24 uur per week.

Functietitel

Veiligheidskundige PIV (Project Integrale Veiligheid) Locatie en werkwijze

Locatie: Rotterdam. Hybride werken; regelmatige aanwezigheid op locatie en veiligheidsrondes buiten reguliere kantooruren. Doel van de functie

Coördineren van alle operationele werkzaamheden, beheersmaatregelen en activiteiten op het gebied van veiligheid binnen projecten, kwaliteitsborging van veiligheidsproducten en -adviezen van externe partijen, en het inwerken en begeleiden van een interne PIV met als doel overdracht van de functie. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Bijdragen aan en borgen dat het project voldoet aan wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van (arbeids)veiligheid en het uitdragen van de (project)veiligheidsambitie. • Adviseren van de Technisch Manager over borging van integrale veiligheid en toepassing van veiligheidskaders en -richtlijnen in samenspraak met de V&G-coördinator. • Opstellen van integrale veiligheidsplannen, BTO-keuzen en samenstellen van IVD; zelf benodigde gegevens opvragen. • Coördineren en regisseren van operationele werkzaamheden, beheersmaatregelen en activiteiten op gebied van veiligheid binnen het project. • Uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondes om naleving van contracten en wetgeving vast te stellen; dit vindt voornamelijk plaats in avonden of weekenden (gemiddeld 1x per 4 weken) en omvat het opstellen van rapportages. • Deelname aan voortgangsoverleggen met opdrachtnemers en interne overleggen (gemiddeld 1x per 2 weken). • Verzorgen van gemiddeld 4 themasessies (lunchmeetings) veiligheid per jaar voor het projectteam. • Organiseren en verzorgen van Safety Walks gezamenlijk met opdrachtnemers (naar verwachting ca. 3 keer per jaar), inclusief vervoer en het meenemen van projectmedewerkers. • Begeleiden en inwerken van een interne PIV in opleiding met als doel overdracht van de functie.
