Lees dan snel verder! Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken we een projectassistent die ervoor zorgt dat alles op en rondom de bouwkeet goed geregeld is. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor collega's en bezoekers, houdt de administratie op orde en schakelt snel wanneer er iets onverwachts gebeurt. Wat ga je doen als projectassistent? - Verzorgen van uiteenlopende administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals het boeken van hotels, maken van bonnen en bijhouden van de inhuuradministratie; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en gastvrouw of gastheer op de bouwplaats, waarbij je collega's waar nodig aanspreekt op gedrag en verantwoordelijkheden; - Coördineren van praktische zaken rondom de bouwkeet, waaronder het aansturen van de schoonmaak, stellen van prioriteiten en zelfstandig oppakken van ad-hocwerkzaamheden. Wij bieden jou - Salaris tussen €3000 en €4000 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring; - De mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van een bedrijfskantine waar je dagelijks een maaltijd kan kopen; - 25 vakantiedagen; - 20 adv dagen; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Een goede pensioenregeling; - Reiskostenvergoeding.
