Als Projectbegeleider GWW houd je op Zuidasdok de verbinding tussen techniek, planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid scherp in de gaten. Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor een complex deelproject en ziet jouw beslissingen direct terug in Amsterdam. - Begeleid projecten vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de uitvoering. - Houd toezicht op voortgang, fasering, budgetten, kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Breng risico's tijdig in beeld en zet kansen om in oplossingen. - Overleg dagelijks met werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en engineers. - Schep duidelijkheid, geef je mening en stuur op tijd bij. Functie-eisen Je kent de GWW, civiele techniek of infrastructuur uit de praktijk en schakelt soepel tussen inhoud, organisatie en uitvoering. Wanneer belangen samenkomen, houd je het overzicht, stel je gerichte vragen en neem je betrokkenen mee met duidelijke argumenten. Daarmee breng je het projectteam elke dag verder. - 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Mbo- of hbo-opleiding in civiele techniek of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring met planning, budgetbewaking en risicobeheersing. - Je werkt zorgvuldig en laat zien dat je de kwaliteit bewaakt. - Je houdt het hoofd koel, komt met creatieve oplossingen en stemt je aanpak af op de situatie. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je krijgt de kans om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen, jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan infrastructurele projecten met een lange looptijd.
