Projectbegeleider Interne Verbouwingen - Op locatie - - Volendam , Noord-Holland , Nederland - Vastgoed Verbetering Functieomschrijving Bij KBK Vastgoedverbetering werken we dagelijks aan het verbeteren, renoveren en toekomstbestendig maken van bestaande gebouwen. Dat doen we midden in de leefomgeving van bewoners en gebruikers, met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en duidelijke communicatie. Dit vraagt om een Projectbegeleider die onze projecten van A tot Z succesvol begeleidt. Jouw rol Als Projectbegeleider Vastgoed Verbetering ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgever, klant en uitvoering. Samen met een gedreven team en vaste ketenpartners realiseer je interne verbouwingen voor woningcorporaties, zorginstellingen en vastgoedbeheerders. Je werkt aan projecten met een omvang van €20.000 tot €4 miljoen en zorgt ervoor dat deze van voorbereiding tot oplevering soepel verlopen. Je neemt het werk op, stelt begrotingen en planningen op en bereidt inkoopactiviteiten voor. Tijdens de uitvoering bewaak je de voortgang, signaleer je knelpunten en stuur je bij waar nodig. Zowel op kantoor als op de bouwplaats houd je toezicht, neem je deel aan bouwvergaderingen en leid je werkoverleggen. Als centraal aanspreekpunt zorg je voor heldere communicatie met huurders, opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders. Zo lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succesvol afronden van elk project.
