Als Projectbegeleider Mutatie Onderhoud werk je vanuit onze vestiging in Amsterdam, aan mutatieprojecten van €10.000 tot €100.000 . Jij zorgt dat het werk goed wordt voorbereid, uitgevoerd en op tijd wordt opgeleverd. Daarbij houd je overzicht, stuur je vakmensen aan en zorg je dat planning, kwaliteit en kosten kloppen. Jij maakt het mogelijk Jij zorgt dat mutatieprojecten soepel verlopen. Dankzij jouw planning en afstemming weten vakmensen precies wat er moet gebeuren en wanneer. Je begeleidt meerdere projecten tegelijk en houdt overzicht over planning, kwaliteit en kosten. Je stuurt vakmensen aan, schakelt met opdrachtgevers en zorgt dat het werk volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Jouw top 5 werkzaamheden zijn: - Coördineren van mutatieprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering - Maken en bewaken van de planning en zorgen dat mensen en materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn - Aansturen van vakmensen en afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers - Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang en kosten en bijsturen als dat nodig is - Rapporteren over de voortgang en zorgen voor een goede projectadministratie Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen projecten. Tegelijk verwachten we dat je overzicht houdt, snel schakelt en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Zo zorg jij dat projecten soepel lopen en woningen op tijd worden opgeleverd.
