Dienstverband Vast Plaatsing 03-09-2026 Den Haag, Zuid-Holland Functieomschrijving Als Projectbegeleider Mutatieonderhoud ben je betrokken bij het beheer van mutatieonderhoud projecten in onbewoonde staat. Je bezoekt projectlocaties, neemt werk op, maakt begrotingen en stelt werkplanningen op. Je houdt de voortgang in de gaten, signaleert problemen en adviseert over bijsturing. Jouw rol Je werkt 70% van de tijd op locatie en de andere 30% op kantoor. Met je contact met verschillende woningcorporaties, ketenpartners en leveranciers, zorg je ervoor dat geen dag hetzelfde is. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd in het gebied van Amsterdam. Wat ga je doen - Opnemen van bouwkundige werkzaamheden en kleine reparaties - Opstellen van offertes - Inplannen, aansturen en coördineren van vaklieden en onderaannemers - Zorgen voor een volledig projectdossier - Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en ketenpartners - Begeleiden van de uitvoering en het verzorgen en bijwonen van opleveringen Vereisten MBO-4 Bouwkunde of hoger, 2+ Jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, Competenties: leiding geven, planning, organisatie en communicatie, VCA Basis.
