Als Projectbegeleider bij onze afdeling Vastgoed Verbetering ben jij de schakel tussen opdrachtgever en klant. Je werkt nauw samen met een gedreven team en vaste partners om renovatie en verduurzamingsprojecten van woningcorporaties en vastgoedbeheerders succesvol af te ronden. In deze rol neem je het werk op, stel je begrotingen en werkplanningen op, en bereid je inkoopactiviteiten voor. Je werkt aan projecten van €20k tot €4M. Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten, signaleert problemen en stuurt bij waar nodig. Zowel op kantoor als op de bouwplaats controleer je de werkzaamheden en leid je bouwvergaderingen. Als centraal aanspreekpunt zorg je voor heldere communicatie en goede samenwerking met huurders, opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders. Zo draag jij van start tot oplevering bij aan het succesvol afronden van elk project.
