Dienstverband Vast Plaatsing 28-10-2025 Den Haag, Zuid-Holland, Nederland Functieomschrijving Als Projectbegeleider Reparatie ben je de cruciale schakel bij het verhelpen van dagelijkse onderhoudsproblemen, zoals klemmende deuren en lekkende kranen. Je neemt direct contact op met de bewoners om de situatie te verhelderen, plant afspraken in en stuurt werkbonnen naar de vakman via ons digitale planbord. Je werkt zowel op locatie als op kantoor, waarbij je de voortgang van de reparaties bewaakt en ervoor zorgt dat elk probleem snel en adequaat wordt opgelost. Door regelmatig contact met bewoners en vaklieden houd je alles in de gaten en blijf je de bewoners op de hoogte houden van verdere stappen indien nodig. Jouw rol zorgt ervoor dat bewoners tevreden blijven en dat alle onderhoudsproblemen efficiënt worden afgehandeld. Wat ga je doen - Opnemen van reparaties - Oplossen van de klachten van huurders binnen de gestelde richtlijnen - Inplannen, aansturen en coördineren van vaklieden en onderaannemers - Zorgen voor een volledig projectdossier - Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en ketenpartners - Begeleiden van de uitvoering en het verzorgen en bijwonen van opleveringen - Bijhouden van meer- en minderwerk en het gereedmaken voor facturatie Vereisten MBO -4 Bouwkunde of hoger met 2+ jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, ervaring met onderhoud in bewoonde staat.
