In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je de rol van Tender Engineer met die van Projectbegeleider. Je bent betrokken vanaf de aanbestedingsfase en blijft aangehaakt tot en met de uitvoering en oplevering van projecten. Hierdoor zie je niet alleen hoe plannen ontstaan, maar zorg je er ook voor dat deze succesvol worden gerealiseerd. Je werkt aan civieltechnische projecten binnen de grond-, weg- en waterbouw en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht, organisatorische vaardigheden en gevoel voor planning zorg je ervoor dat projecten efficiënt, beheersbaar en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit; - Opstellen van calculaties en kostprijsbegrotingen voor aanbestedingen. - Meedenken over uitvoeringsmethodieken, faseringen en projectaanpakken. - Uitwerken van planningen en voorbereidingsdocumenten. - Verzorgen van vergunningaanvragen en projectgebonden documentatie. - Coördineren van inkooptrajecten en beoordelen van offertes. - Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit, planning en projectkosten tijdens de uitvoering. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig aandragen van oplossingen. - Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere stakeholders. - Intensief samenwerken met projectleiders, uitvoerders en andere betrokken collega's. - Verzorgen van een zorgvuldige overdracht en evaluatie na afronding van projecten.
