Jouw functie Als Project Coördinator bij Trafohuis coördineer je de productie- en assemblageopdrachten en zorg je voor een correcte afhandeling van trading opdrachten. Zodat de orders naar onze klanten tijdig gerealiseerd en geleverd worden. Ook zorg je voor een tijdige en correcte facturatie van jouw opdrachten. Je maakt deel uit van het projectteam en werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende disciplines. Tijdens een project houd je de doorlooptijden en deadlines in de gaten, signaleer je risico's en voorzie je de verschillende afdelingen tijdig van de juiste informatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Project Coördinator houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Zorgen dat bestellingen tijdig zijn geplaatst en opvolgen van levertijden; - Zorgdragen voor correcte en tijdige assemblage- en productieopdrachten; - Actief opvolgen van doorlooptijden van (deel)leveringen en afstemmen met productie, logistiek en project management; - Signaleren van risico's en samen met de projectmanager deze tijdig ondervangen; - Samen met engineering de assemblageopdrachten met alle benodigde informatie opzetten; - Bij opdracht voor aarding de onderaannemer inschakelen en voorzien van de nodige informatie; - Klanten vooraf mailen met de benodigde informatie en achteraf met de opleveringsdocumenten; - Archiveren van alle documentatie rondom de projecten; - Transport planning maken in overleg met transporteur, klant, magazijn/ productie chef en de commercieel medewerker van LV Trading; - Meer- en minderwerk bespreken met de projectmanager zodat de verwerking en facturatie correct verlopen.
