Bij Eijsink zoeken we een Projectcoördinator die zorgt dat onze implementaties soepel verlopen. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, consultants, technici, leveranciers en interne teams. Je houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je hoeft geen doorgewinterde projectmanager te zijn. We zijn vooral op zoek naar een fris en energiek talent met potentie, eigenaarschap en de drive om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen . Dit is een rol voor iemand die graag schakelt, organiseert, verbetert en aanpakt . Wat ga je doen? Als Projectcoördinator ben je een belangrijke spil binnen het projectmanagementteam. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen, middelen en informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je bent dagelijks bezig met verschillende projecten en weet daarin moeiteloos het overzicht te bewaren. Van de eerste onboarding tot de uiteindelijke oplevering: jij houdt de voortgang in de gaten, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt dat acties worden opgevolgd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het coördineren van meerdere implementatieprojecten en bewaken van de voortgang - het monitoren van planningen, deadlines, budgetten en kwaliteit - het proactief informeren en adviseren van klanten over planning, levertijden en voortgang - het nabellen van klanten en opvolgen van onboarding, instructies en openstaande acties - het plannen van resources en faciliteiten voor implementaties en trainingen - het schakelen met consultants, technici, leveranciers en andere interne stakeholders - het coördineren van hardwareaanvragen, leveringen en aanv...
