The posting

Als Projectplanner ben je de centrale schakel tussen de klanten, plaatsers, calculator/verkoper en leveranciers. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen, materialen en voertuigen op het juiste moment op de juiste werf aanwezig zijn.

Je beheert verschillende lopende werven tegelijkertijd en houdt daarbij steeds het grotere geheel in het oog. Loopt een werf vertraging op? Dan zoek je meteen naar een oplossing en bekijk je welke andere werf eventueel kan worden ingepland. Efficiënt plannen en snel schakelen zijn dan ook essentieel.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Plan en coördineer de verschillende werven en stem de planning af met klanten en plaatsers.
  • Schakel snel bij wijzigingen: wanneer een werf niet kan starten, zoek je een alternatief en zorg je dat alle betrokken partijen geïnformeerd zijn.
  • Stem materialen en leveringen af met leveranciers en zorg dat de nodige materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn op het depot of de werf.
  • Coördineer de verschllende camionetten en zorg dat mensen, materiaal en transport efficiënt op elkaar afgestemd zijn.
  • Verwerk werkbonnen, bestellingen en facturatie in het ERP-systeem en bewaak dat de administratie rond elk project correct opgevolgd wordt.
  • Volg vragen en problemen na de plaatsing op en zorg voor een concrete oplossing, bijvoorbeeld door een bijkomende interventie of nieuwe planning te organiseren.

Daarnaast sta je dagelijks telefonisch in contact met klanten, leveranciers en de plaatsers op de baan. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt wanneer er op een werf iets verandert of een probleem opduikt.

We zoeken vooral iemand die overzicht kan bewaren wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt. Je hoeft niet uit de vloerensector te komen, maar ervaring in planning, werfcoördinatie, bouw, interieur, installatie of een gelijkaardige omgeving is mooi meegenomen.

  • Je bent sterk in planning en organisatie en houdt moeiteloos verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd bij.
  • Je denkt vooruit en in oplossingen: je wacht niet af wanneer een planning dreigt te veranderen.
  • Communiceren gaat je natuurlijk af en je bent niet bang om telefonisch de nodige partijen aan te spreken.
  • Je bent assertief op een correcte manier en durft bij te sturen wanneer een werf niet klaar is of een planning niet haalbaar blijkt.
  • Een hands-on en flexibele ingesteldheid is belangrijk: ad-hoc wijzigingen horen bij de job en daar krijg jij net energie van.
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en hebt voldoende digitale vaardigheden om vlot met een ERP-systeem (robaws) en Outlook te werken.
