Bij Dura Vermeer Infra zoeken we een projectcoördinator die niet alleen voorbereidt, maar ook stuurt, coördineert en adviseert. Jij bent de spil tussen ontwerp, uitvoering en opdrachtgever en zorgt dat complexe infraprojecten soepel verlopen van tender tot oplevering. Dit wordt je baan Als projectcoördinator ben jij de rechterhand van de projectleider en het aanspreekpunt voor alle disciplines. Jij: -Stuurt het voorbereidingsproces en bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit; -Coördineert multidisciplinaire teams en stemt werkzaamheden af met uitvoering, engineering en onderaannemers; -Adviseert technisch inhoudelijk en denkt mee over slimme, duurzame oplossingen; -Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor risicomanagement, contractbewaking en documentatie; -Begeleidt junior werkvoorbereiders en fungeert als sparringpartner voor projectleiding; -Zorgt dat het project administratief en organisatorisch op rolletjes loopt; Werkt actief mee aan innovatie en procesverbetering binnen onze organisatie. Welke projecten ga je uitvoeren? Projecten met duurzame en innovatieve invalshoeken (zoals CO₂-reductie, circulair toepassen, digitalisering). Projecten met integrale ketensamenwerking en het beheersen van deelprojecten binnen beheer-onderhoudscontracten (DBFM / D&C). Onze projecten zoals: Raamcontract openbare ruimte Gemeente Haarlem, onderhoud en nieuwbouw Airport Schiphol en aanleg infrastructuur en bouwrijp maken Tudorpark gemeente Haarlemmermeer.
