Dan zoeken wij jou als Projectcoördinator. In deze veelzijdige rol binnen ons bedrijfsbureau zorg je dat aanvragen, offertes, projecten en productieorders soepel verlopen. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen commercie, werkvoorbereiding, inkoop, productie, logistiek, magazijn en onze klanten. Over TELE-besturingstechniek TELE-besturingstechniek is dé specialist in hardware-engineering en paneelbouw voor de machinebouw. Vanuit Hengelo werken ruim 40 betrokken collega's aan schakelkasten en besturingspanelen voor zowel seriematige als klant specifieke projecten, voor de Europese én Noord-Amerikaanse markt. Wij combineren vakmanschap met innovatie en werken vanuit de kernwaarden betrokkenheid, betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit, kennis en innovatie. Wat ga je doen Als Projectcoördinator bewaak je het volledige proces, van een nieuwe aanvraag tot en met de uiteindelijke levering. Je zorgt ervoor dat klantaanvragen correct worden geregistreerd, intern worden uitgezet en tijdig worden opgevolgd. Daarbij houd je grip op de voortgang van offertes, opdrachten en projecten en stem je order- en leverafspraken af met klanten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en de interne organisatie. Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de planning, voortgang en eventuele wijzigingen of vertragingen. Wanneer er veranderingen plaatsvinden binnen een project, zorg jij ervoor dat de impact op prijs, techniek en planning intern wordt beoordeeld en opgevolgd. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's van werkvoorbereiding, inkoop, productie en logistiek om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten volgens planning verlopen.
