The posting

Voor uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten zoeken we een projectcoördinator.

In deze rol zorg je voor de coördinatie van ondergrondse nutsinfrastructuur binnen complexe projecten. Je vormt de schakel tussen ontwerp, uitvoering en externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat kabels en leidingen tijdig in kaart worden gebracht, verlegd of beschermd zodat projecten veilig en volgens planning kunnen worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw taken

  • Inventariseren en analyseren van aanwezige kabels en leidingen binnen het projectgebied
  • Coördineren van studies, detecties, proefsleuven en afstemmingen rond nutsinfrastructuur
  • Overleggen met nutsmaatschappijen, overheden, ontwerpteams, werfleiding en uitvoerende partners
  • Opvolgen van de planning van verleggingen, beschermingsmaatregelen en aansluitende werken
  • Tijdig signaleren van knelpunten, raakvlakken en risico's en meewerken aan oplossingen
  • Verwerken van informatie in plannen, faseringen en uitvoeringsdossiers
  • Opvolgen van vergunningen, technische adviezen en afspraken met betrokken partijen
  • Deelnemen aan coördinatievergaderingen en zorgen voor een correcte verslaggeving
  • Ondersteunen van projectteams bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van kritische faseringen
  • Waken over veiligheid, bereikbaarheid, doorlooptijd en projectkosten
  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting
  • Ervaring binnen infrastructuurwerken, wegenbouw, nutsleidingen, rioleringswerken of werfcoördinatie
  • Goed inzicht in ondergrondse infrastructuur en de impact ervan op ontwerp en uitvoering
  • In staat technische plannen en dossiers te lezen en interpreteren
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders
  • Ervaring met KLIP/KLIM, nutsmaatschappijen, vergunningstrajecten of as-built dossiers is een pluspunt
