Jij maakt deel uit van het enthousiaste team voor dagelijks- en bouwkundig onderhoud en werkt voornamelijk voor een vaste opdrachtgever binnen de energietransitie. Dagelijks ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bouwkundige en organisatorische voorbereiding van verschillende projecten. Jouw belangrijkste taken omvatten: - Het vertalen van de klantvraag naar een technische specificatie; - Het uitvoeren van opnames in het veld; - Werkvoorbereiding en het opstellen van begrotingen op kantoor; - Het maken van afspraken met gebruikers en beheerders; - Het aansteken van de interne organisatie; - Het onderhouden van contacten met de opdrachtgever en collega's. Je instrueert vakkrachten en houdt de voortgang van de projecten in de gaten. Bij de afronding zorg je voor een correcte financiële afhandeling en draag je de bijbehorende projectdocumentatie over. Je hebt oog voor de marktbehoeften en initieert en coördineert productverbeteringen. Eén ding is zeker: geen dag is hetzelfde. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een bouwkundige achtergrond met een aantal jaar ervaring in dagelijks onderhoud, of je hebt recent je hbo-opleiding voltooid; - Je hebt kennis van projectplanning en logistieke processen; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en denkt proactief mee met de opdrachtgever; - Je weet vakkrachten op een inspirerende manier aan te sturen; - Je beschikt over een gezonde mate van stressbestendigheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een positieve instelling!
