Als Projectcoördinator Bouw ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Van de eerste opname tot de oplevering houd jij het overzicht. Je schakelt met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en onze vakmannen en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Gewoon goed geregeld, zonder al te veel te geneuzel. Bij ons zijn je dagen aardig afwisselend. De ene ochtend neem je een project op locatie op, later stem je de planning af met een onderaannemer of bespreek je de voortgang met de opdrachtgever. Ondertussen bewaak je de kwaliteit, planning en het budget en houd je alle ballen in de lucht. Je organiseert de werkzaamheden, maakt kleine calculaties en offertes en stuurt collega's en onderaannemers aan. Zie je kansen voor verbeteringen of meerwerk? Dan pak je die direct op. Ook bij de oplevering zorg jij dat alles netjes wordt afgerond. Bij ons krijg je veel vrijheid om je werk zelfstandig in te vullen. De lijnen zijn kort, beslissingen worden snel genomen en je werkt nauw samen met de bedrijfsleider. Geen onnodige vergaderingen, maar gewoon samen de mooiste projecten realiseren. En het mooiste? Jij ziet een project groeien van aanvraag tot oplevering. Als alles volgens planning is verlopen en de opdrachtgever tevreden is, weet je precies waar je het voor doet. Je profiel • MBO Bouwkunde opleiding of HBO administratieve of economische richting; • Ervaring in de bouw, onderhoud of renovatie is een pre; • Technisch- en bouwkundig inzicht; • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; • Zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht werken; • In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
