Vanaf het eerste overleg tot en met de afronding houd jij de regie. Je brengt de technische en organisatorische onderdelen samen en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt regelmatig contact met klanten, collega's en andere betrokken partijen. Dankzij jouw overzicht, duidelijke communicatie en praktische aanpak worden projecten veilig, zorgvuldig en volgens afspraak uitgevoerd. Wat je gaat doen - Voorbereiden en coördineren van projecten binnen de brandbeveiliging; - Beoordelen en uitwerken van technische plannen; - Opstellen van calculaties en bepalen van de benodigde capaciteit; - Aansturen van medewerkers en externe partijen; - Bewaken van de planning, projectkosten, kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten en andere betrokkenen; - Verzorgen van de benodigde projectadministratie. Over het bedrijf Je gaat aan de slag bij een technische organisatie die projecten uitvoert voor verschillende zakelijke klanten. Je komt terecht in een professioneel en betrokken team, waarin technische en organisatorische collega's nauw samenwerken. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid bij het uitvoeren van jouw functie. Wat wij vragen - Mbo-4- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting; - Ervaring met het begeleiden van technische projecten; - Kennis van brandmeld- en ontruimingsinstallaties; - Een relevante vakopleiding binnen de brandbeveiliging; - Aanvullende diploma's binnen het vakgebied zijn een pré; - Goede organisatorische, communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden; - Het vermogen om planningen en projectkosten te bewaken; - Een nauwkeurige en veiligheidsbewuste manier van werken.
