Dan hebben wij de juiste functie voor jou. Jouw functie Bij Composite Structures werken we aan projecten in de infra, waar veel documentatie bij komt kijken. Denk aan planningen, opleverdocumenten en verschillende soorten plannen zoals, montageplannen en V&G-plannen. Al die documenten zijn essentieel. Als projectcoördinator zorg jij ervoor dat onze projectdocumentatie en planningen strak en overzichtelijk zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en bent verantwoordelijk voor de projectbeheersing met het doel dat alles op orde, inzichtelijk en vastgelegd is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het opstellen, bijhouden en structureren van projectdocumentatie (zoals montageplannen, V&G-plannen en kwaliteitsplannen); - Het creëren van een duidelijke mappen- en versiestructuur; - Ondersteuning bij het maken en bijhouden van uitvoerings- en montageplanningen; - Overzicht houden in acties en documenten; - Het signaleren van ontbrekende informatie; - Controleren of documenten compleet en actueel zijn vóór oplevering Jouw profiel - Je hebt 4+ jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider, projectondersteuner of projectengineer. - Je bent bekend met de documentatie van infra/ bouwprojecten. - Je bent bekend met verschillende contractvormen (design & construct, engineering & construct, bouwteams, RAW) op basis van de UAV-GC of UAV en je weet welke verplichtingen en verwachtingen hieruit voortvloeien. - Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig. - Je voelt je prettig in een ondersteunde rol. - Je krijgt energie van orde en overzicht. - Je bent praktisch ingesteld.
