Je ondersteunt de projectleider, coördineert de werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering en houdt grip op planning, kosten en risico's. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Jij zorgt samen met de projectleider dat voorbereiding, uitvoering en bouwlogistiek soepel op elkaar aansluiten. - Je coördineert, begeleidt en stuurt samen met de projectleider het werkvoorbereidings- en uitvoeringsteam aan. - Je onderhoudt contact met onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en goede samenwerking. - Je levert inhoudelijke input voor het projectplan op het gebied van werkvoorbereiding en bouwlogistiek. - Je stelt contractplanningen op, bewaakt de voortgang, rapporteert aan betrokken partijen en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is. - Je bewaakt kosten en veiligheid, analyseert projectrisico's en denkt vooruit om knelpunten tijdig op te lossen.
