Zonder overzicht geen succesvolle projecten. Zonder jou geen overzicht. Industrie, infrastructuur en techniek worden steeds complexer. Tegelijkertijd verwachten opdrachtgevers dat wijzigingen, revisies en projectdocumentatie foutloos én op tijd worden opgeleverd. Achter iedere succesvolle onderhouds- of renovatieklus schuilt daarom een goed georganiseerde tekenkamer. Wij zijn om deze reden hard op zoek naar een Projectcoördinator voor onze Engineering afdeling. Een goede coördinator die structuur brengt in de dagelijkse stroom van tekeningen, revisies, aanvragen en deadlines. Iemand die graag schakelt met collega's, overzicht houdt wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt en ervoor zorgt dat engineers en tekenaars hun werk optimaal kunnen uitvoeren. Wat ga je doen? Als Coördinator vorm je het organisatorische hart van de afdeling Engineering. Je bewaakt het overzicht over alle lopende tekenwerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen tijdig, volledig en volgens afspraak worden afgehandeld. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, tekenaars, projectleiders, externe partners en opdrachtgevers. Daarbij houd je voortdurend zicht op prioriteiten, planning, voortgang en kwaliteit. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Registreren, beheren en archiveren van binnenkomende tekeningen en documentatie. • Beoordelen van aanvragen voor nieuw tekenwerk op volledigheid. • Bewaken van de voortgang van lopende werkzaamheden en deadlines. • Controleren van afgeronde tekenpakketten op volledigheid en benodigde goedkeuringen. • Onderhouden van overzichtslijsten en planningen in Outlook en Excel. • Afstemmen met klanten over ingediende tekeningen, revisies en goedkeuringen. • Coördineren van werkzaamheden tussen e...
