Als Projectcoördinator ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen projectleiders, collega's en externe partners. Jij zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen, van voorbereiding tot oplevering, en bewaakt zowel planning, kwaliteit als budget. Als Projectcoördinator ben je de spil in de voorbereiding en organisatie van projecten in de civiele techniek. Je speelt een actieve rol bij het plannen, voorbereiden en bewaken van de voortgang van projecten en werkt intensief samen met projectleiders, collega's en externe partners om elk project succesvol af te ronden. Je belangrijkste taken in deze rol zijn onder andere; - Werkbegroting opstellen en bewaken gedurende het project. - Planningen opstellen, inkoopopdrachten en betalingsschema's maken. - Inkoop voorbereiden en leveranciers beoordelen. - Registreren, controleren en distribueren van alle projectdocumenten. - Berekenen van meer- en minderwerk en bijdragen aan financiële afhandeling. - Nauw samenwerken met projectleider en collega's om processen af te stemmen. - Meedenken over efficiënte en gestructureerde uitvoering van projecten. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde opleiding civiele techniek op mbo-niveau 4. - Je hebt kennis van RAW- en UAV-GC-projecten. - Je bent analytisch sterk en communicatief vaardig. - Je bent betrouwbaar en kan goed overzicht houden. - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in zowel woord als geschrift.
