Voor een technisch georiënteerde organisatie binnen de infrastructuursector zoeken wij een Projectcoördinator die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de voorbereiding en begeleiding van uiteenlopende civieltechnische projecten. In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat projecten efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je schakelt dagelijks met interne teams, leveranciers en externe stakeholders en bent een belangrijke spil binnen het projectteam. Werkzaamheden - Coördineren en voorbereiden van infrastructurele projecten binnen de civiele techniek; - Opstellen van werk- en uitvoeringsplannen; - Inkopen van materialen en afstemmen met leveranciers; - Selecteren en aansturen van onderaannemers; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en betrokken partijen; - Ondersteunen bij calculaties en contractvoorbereiding; - Werken met verschillende contractvormen binnen infraprojecten; - Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit, kosten en planning; - Verzorgen van projectadministratie en rapportages; - Actief bijdragen aan een veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden. Profiel - HBO werk- en denkniveau richting civiele techniek, infra of vergelijkbaar; - Ervaring met projectcoördinatie binnen GWW of infrastructuur; - Organisatorisch sterk en communicatief vaardig; - Bekend met contractvormen en projectprocessen; - Proactieve instelling en oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
