Als projectcoördinator industriegebouwen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Volledige coördinatie van industriële bouwprojecten start vanaf het dossieroverleg tot aan de uiteindelijke oplevering aan de klant.
  • Nauwgezet toezicht op de werven garandeert een constante controle op de uitvoering, de kwaliteit en de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Operationele aansturing van montageploegen en onderaannemers zorgt voor een vlot verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op locatie.
  • Strikte opvolging van de vooropgestelde planning en het budget bewaakt het rendement en de tijdigheid van elk uniek project.
  • Actieve communicatie met architecten en studiebureaus faciliteert een vlekkeloze technische uitvoering en sterke professionele relaties.
  • Administratieve verwerking van vorderingsstaten en technische rapportages gebeurt met een scherp oog voor nauwkeurigheid.

Profiel

Als projectcoördinator industriegebouwen is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Relevante ervaring binnen de industriebouw is een noodzakelijke vereiste om deze verantwoordelijke functie succesvol te kunnen invullen.
  • Bouwkundig diploma op bachelor- of masterniveau vormt de theoretische basis voor jouw technische expertise in de sector.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden maken het mogelijk om meerdere complexe dossiers gelijktijdig in goede banen te leiden.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis van het Frans, bevordert de interactie met alle stakeholders.
  • Proactieve instelling en een oplossingsgerichte mindset helpen bij het efficiënt aanpakken van onvoorziene situaties op de werf.
